1 Valid/signed passport (valid for 6 months beyond stay with at least one blank visa page).
2 2 (two) recent passport size photos.
3 2 (two) visa application forms.
4 Notarized Invitation from Democratic Republic of CONGO.
5 Proof of departure--computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent.
6 International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever and cholera.
7 An invitation letter notarized in the DRC (for tourists, journalists, missionaries and personal business).

Business cover letter (for business visas only).
9 Complete the Global Reservation Form. This is Travisa's Service order form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

   Visa validity - It is based on consular fee paid.
    Visa Processing Time - Visas are usually processed in 4 working days. Service fee for regular processing is $50.00. Rush service fee of $99.00 will be assessed for any attempts to process the visa in less than regular processing time.
