1 Valid/signed passport (valid for 6 months beyond stay with at least one blank visa page).
2 2 visa application forms completed and signed.
3 One Passport photograph.
4 Multiple and Double Entry Visa Telex of confirmation from authorized hotel.
5 Proof of departure--computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent (for tourist visa applicants only).
6 Letter of intent: Addressed to Kazakhstan embassy, detailing the contact person name & address (if any), plan of the trip, full address of the hotel, length of stay and purpose of the trip.
7 Complete the Global Reservation Form.  This is Travisa's Service order form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

Rush Processing: $99.00

   Visa validity - It is based on consular fee paid.
    Visa Processing Time - Visas are usually processed in 8 working days.
