LAOS -- Business/Tourist
1 Valid/signed passport (valid for 6 months beyond stay with at least one blank visa page).
2 Three passport-type photographs.
3 Two visa application forms completed and signed.
4 FOR BUSINESS: Visa authorization must be arranged by your sponsor company in Laos. The Embassy will not take any action on the application until authorization is received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vientiane.
5 Proof of departure--computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent (for tourist applicants only).

Complete the Global Reservation Form. This is Travisa's Service order form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

Regular Processing $50.00
Rush Processing: $99.00
Emergency Processing: $119.00
 
  Visa validity - All types of visas are issued for one entry and must be used within two months of issue date.
  Visa Processing Time - Visas are usually processed in 8 working days. Service fee for regular processing is $50.00. Rush service fee of $99.00 will be assessed for any attempts to process the visa in less than regular processing time.
