Hotel Confirmation: Applicant must furnish
two copies of
a letter of confirmation and a voucher from the receiving Russian
travel agency, hotel or joint venture. Receiving organization should be duly
registered as a tourist company at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and assigned
a special index. This index and a corresponding reference number should be
indicated on the letter of confirmation. Both the letter of confirmation and the
voucher must be carried with the visa. |

Complete the Global Reservation Form: This is Travisa's Service Order Form.
You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents. (NOTE:
Consular fees are NON-refundable. If visa is rejected and resubmitted new

Visa Validity: Tourist visas can be issued
for single or double entries for a maximum stay of 30 days. Visa validity and
number of entries are issued according to the dates and number of entries
specified on the official Tourist Voucher and Confirmation.
