letter
of confirmation and a voucher from the receiving Russian travel agency,
hotel or joint venture. Receiving organization should be duly registered as a
tourist company at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and assigned a special index.
This index and a corresponding reference number should be indicated on the
letter of confirmation. Both the letter of confirmation and the voucher must be
carried with the visa.

of a visa whose validity is over 3 months will be required to submit an Original
Aids Certificate proving negative results.

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a note verbal of diplomatic/consular
representation or permanent mission to international organization.
US Diplomatic passport holders must apply for a Russian visa through the US
Department of State – Special Issuance Agency.
