1 Valid/signed passport (valid 6 months; with at least two blank facing visa pages).
2 1 Visa Application Form.
3 A copy of your Birth Certificate.
4 (2) Two passport photographs.
5 Medical Requirements
  1. Medical Certificate Form B1-811 (Signed by doctor with an office stamp).
  2. Proof of Health Insurance (copy of medical insurance card)
  3. International Certificate of Vaccination required for Yellow Fever (if Arriving from Infected Area within 5 days).
  4. Radiological Report (signed by doctor w/ office stamp) or Tuberculosis Test : 
6 Police report
7 Letter of Acceptance from the school.
8 Proof of departure--computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent.
9 Complete the Global Reservation Form. This is Travisa's Service order form. You must include a copy of this form with all other supporting documents.

 Visa validity -
    Visa Processing Time - Visas are usually processed in 6 to 10 working days. Service fee for regular processing is $50.00. Rush service fee of $99.00 will be assessed for any attempts to process the visa in less than regular processing time.

US Diplomats carrying diplomatic passport do not require a visa to enter South Africa.
