The Graphics Interchange Format .gif defines a protocol intended for the on-line transmission and interchange of raster graphic data. This is a browser and printer friendly format that requires no special plug-ins or programs to open. The output is a low resolution draft printout suitable for most  consular applications forms. If you prefer a high resolution printout, please use the .PDF Form instead.
 

This form can be completed using your computer keyboard as you would do with a standard typewriter. Position the cursor by clicking on the first available field and use the tab key to move to next one.  To print the Application Forms in Portable Document Format (PDF) you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader free from Adobe Systems, Inc. You can download the Acrobat Reader version that is suitable to your platform from the Adobe website.
