All Saudi Arabia visa applications must include enjaz registration confirmation.  The on-line enjaz registration form must be submitted and the confirmation and payment receipts must be included with any Saudi Arabian visa application.  Below you will find step-by-step instructions to filling out this form.    For a faster, easier process, you may prefer to have Travisa Passport and Visa Service obtain the Saudi enjaz registration for you.  In this case, simply scan your passport size photo and fill out our Saudi Enjaz Request form.  Travisa will process and e-mail the Saudi enjaz registration confirmation to you within one business day or less.

Submit Travisa’s Saudi Enjaz Request Form

  • A scanned photo must be saved on your computer to submit with the on-line form. In order to ensure that the photo will load properly to this form, it is best to save as 110 pixels by 110 pixels.  
  • A fee of $10.50 will be charged by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  This fee must be paid on-line by Visa or Mastercard.
  • If the information is written in Arabic, click the word “English” on the upper left side of the page. The English version of the Enjaz web-site will open.
  • Click on "Apply for a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi embassy abroad by individuals", in the Electronic Services box.
  • You must accept the terms and conditions.
  • Complete the online registration, based on the information on your visa application form.
  • Click the“Import Person Picture” button.
  • A folder should open to allow you to select the scanned photo that you will load to this on-line form.
    • If no window appears to allow you to select your photo, go to the instructions below and follow the steps.
    •  Please note: after you select your photo, even if the photo does not appear in the photo box, you should be able to continue to the next step as long as you do not receive an error message.
    • If you receive an error message, than your scanned photo is most likely not saved to the correct size.
  •  Once the form is successfully submitted, you will see a series of random letters that you must retype exactly as shown. This is a simple security measure.
  • Continue to a page where you will make your credit card payment. On this page, you will see your application number and operation number. Both of these numbers are extremely important; it is a good idea to write them down or print this page before you continue. The application number must be printed on the top right hand of your visa application form.
  • You will need to enter your credit card information for payment of $10.50 per application and submit. This payment is non-refundable.

In case you encounter problems loading the photo to the Saudi on-line form, follow these steps:

  •  A Windows computer using Internet Explorer as the browser is required.
  • Change settings to enable "Download unsigned ActiveX controls".  To do this, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom level. Scroll to the listing for “Download unsigned ActiveX controls” and select the option “Enable”
  • Once that is enabled, the applicant should click on the yellow bar to allow the control to install. ((Once you have changed the setting to enabled, click on "OK" or "continue" (depending on your set up) to install your changes.)
  • It may be necessary to restart your Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
  • Once the control is installed, Click the“Import Person Picture” button.
    • If no window appears then the ActiveX control is not installed, so repeat the steps above and restart your Internet Explorer.
    • If you receive an error message, than your scanned photo is most likely not saved to the correct size.
  • Please note: after you select your photo, even if the photo does not appear in the photo box, you should be able to continue to the next step as long as you do not receive an error message.
  • Once your photo is loaded, click continue and follow the remaining steps above.

Submitting the on-line enjaz registration is the first step to apply for your Saudi Arabian visa.  However, it is still necessary to apply for the actual visa, by submitting the original passport, enjaz registration confirmation pages, visa application form, photos and supporting documents (depending on the type of visa needed).
