| You will receive 2 separate charges, one for our service fee of $49.00 and one for State fees of $25.00 - $49.00. Fees are payable by credit card ONLY. |

4. How long does it take for the State to process my certificate |
| A. The average process times for 95% of the states we service is 2 to 4 days. There are some certified birth certificates that take longer so please take the time to verify your states process time. |

| Travisa cannot neither change nor amend records. We can only procure records which are already on file with the state or country where you were born. |

12. What is the difference between a certified and an uncertified copy of a birth certificate |
A certified copy of a birth certificate issued by the Wisconsin Vital Records Office will have a raised seal, will show the signature of the State Registrar, and will be printed on security paper. A certified copy is required to obtain a state-issued driver’s license or identification, a passport, or insurance benefits, or to travel to some foreign countries.
An uncertified copy of a birth certificate is available to anyone who applies. An uncertified copy will contain the same information as a certified copy but will not be acceptable for legal purposes, such as obtaining identification. |
