Jan Dvorak is the president of Travisa Outsourcing and Travisa Visa Services. Dvorak and his new company, Travisa Outsourcing, are at the forefront of an emerging business opportunity - the outsourcing of visa processing by foreign governments.
The government of India outsourced its visa processing to Dvorak who in turn launched a new company - Travisa Outsourcing - dedicated entirely to visa outsourcing. Dvorak was given just 38 days to develop a new and entirely outsourced visa application process throughout the United States on behalf of the Indian embassy. In 2012, the Embassy of Azerbaijan chose Travisa Outsourcing to handle their visa processing needs. Dvorak has revolutionized the visa application process with proprietary technology that enables customers to track the status of a visa application online in real time. Similar to the process for tracking a FedEx package.
Inc. magazine ranked Travisa Visa Service, Inc Number 2514 on its sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Travisa Visa Service, Inc. joins Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND and famed hatmaker Tilly's, among other prominent brands featured on this year's list.
Dvorak is an industry leader with more than 30 years experience in the travel industry and visa and passport processing. He is an entrepreneur and the ultimate example of the American dream. After immigrating from Eastern Europe to the United States in 1978, he worked various odd jobs before joining a travel agency. Dvorak found that travelers need more support and guidance in navigating the often complicated and time consuming process of applying for visas and passports. In 1981, Dvorak launched Travisa Visa Services which provides corporations and individual travelers with assistance in applying for visas and passports. Today, Travisa Visa Services has offices throughout the United States and served as the foundation for the launch of Travisa Outsourcing.
