Tourist Application Requirements for a Pakistan Visa

1. Passport

   You must provide your actual signed passport, including two copies of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:

   • Be valid for the next six months
   • Have at least one blank visa page (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement)
   • Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way

2. Photographs

   You must provide one color, passport-type photograph that meets the following criteria:

   • Be taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper
   • Be taken against an all white background
   • Be two inches by two inches
   • Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
   • You may wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes
   • Your photo should not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive tape or staples

3. Visa Application Form

   You must provide one fully completed visa application form found in this kit. The application form must:

   • Include answers for all fields
   • Display your full name as it appears in your passport
   • Be signed

4. Hotel Confirmation

   You must provide a confirmation of your hotel accommodations. Your confirmation must:

   • Include your intended dates of stay
   • Display your full name

5. Proof of Travel Arrangements

   You must provide proof of travel arrangements for the duration of your trip. Details of your intended arrangements must:

   • Include a copy of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates for your destination
   • Show the traveler's full name (as printed in his or her passport)

6. Additional Documents

   If your spouse is a Pakistani citizen or of Pakistani origin and you are traveling to visit family, you must provide:

   • A copy of your marriage certificate
   • A copy of your spouse's Pakistani passport
   • A copy of your spouse's CNIC/NICOP overseas ID card (even if expired)

7. Travisa Order Form

8. Processing Time for Pakistan Visa

   The current processing time for Pakistan visa requests are indeterminate and may take up to 3 months.

9. Signed Waiver

   Please provide a copy of the attached acknowledgement and waiver form.

10. Host's or Inviter's ID

    The host must also provide a copy of their Pakistani passport or Pakistani ID card. The passport or Pakistani ID card as well as the letter of invitation must be notarized in Pakistan.

11. Proof of Sufficient Funds

    You must provide proof of sufficient funds. This must:

    • Include a copy of a letter from your bank detailing the amount of funds you have for each day of your stay
    • Display your name as it appears in your passport
