ETA Eligibility
Travelers attending unpaid business meetings or business conferences may apply for a Business ETA. Please return to our homepage and select "Business Electronic" from our list of travel purposes.
Travelers engaged in profit-making activities must apply for a traditional business visa. Please follow the instructions on this page to obtain your business visa
Passport
You must provide your actual signed passport, including one copy of the personal information page of your passport. Your passport must:- Be valid for the next six months
- Have at least one blank visa page (amendments and endorsement pages cannot be used to fulfill this requirement)
- Not be frayed, torn, separating, or altered in any other way

Photograph(s)
You must provide a photograph. Upload your photo and we will print it to the exact specifications required for this visa. Follow https://travisa.com/photo-service to upload your photo.
Alternatively, you may provide one color, passport-type photograph that meets the following strict criteria: be taken within the last three months against an all-white background and printed on high-quality photo paper; be two inches by two inches; provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression. You may not wear eyeglasses or headwear except for religious purposes. Your photo should not be affixed to your application and the photograph may not display evidence of adhesive tape or staples.
Business Cover Letter

Visa Application Form
Complete your South Korea visa application form by logging onto https://travisa.com/formfill-order/korea-form after you have placed your order. This will ensure your documentation is accurately prepared and correctly submitted according to consular guidelines.
Alternatively, the visa application form can be filled in by the applicant. The application form must:- Include answers for all fields
- Display your full name as it appears in your passport
- Be signed
Proof of Travel Arrangements
You must provide a copy of your itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry/exit dates for your destination.Hotel Confirmation
You must provide a confirmation of your hotel accommodation during your trip.Proof of Sufficient Funds
You must provide proof that you possess sufficient funds. Your financial details must include the three most recent consecutive bank statements.
Proof of State Residency
You must provide a proof of your current address of residency. The document must be a copy of the front and back of your driver's license or government ID. The copy must:
- Display your name as it appears on your passport
- Display the current residence address as provided on your visa application
Health Declaration
Due to the recent coronavirus concerns, the Consulate requires you to complete and sign the health declaration form found in this kit.
