How to Obtain Your Invitation Letter

Amazon employees can generate invitation letters in two ways:

Option 1: Self-Service via DocGen

  • Available for 50+ countries including US, UK, Germany, India, Singapore, and more
  • Generates letter instantly with e-signature

How to access:

1. Go to Amazon Business Invitation Letter page

2. Click 'DocGen' under 'I am visiting the Amazon site during my business trip'

3. Select your destination country to generate your letter

    Direct Link: DocGen tool

    Option 2: Request via Country Quicklinks (for client visits or countries not yet on DocGen)

    • Use if visiting non-Amazon locations;
    • Use if your destination country is not available on DocGen;
    • You need a special template required by a consulate or embassy

    1. Go to Amazon Business Invitation Letters page

    2. Scroll to 'Invitation letter quicklinks' section

    3. Click the link for your destination country to submit your request

      Need a dispatch letter (known as No Objection Certificate)

      1. Go to Amazon Business Invitation Letters page

      2. Scroll to the 'Dispatch Letter (NOC) or Cover Letter' section

      3. Generate your letter via the Doc Gen Portal

      Note: If you're based in China, India, or Saudi Arabia, submit a request via the links provided on that page.
