CIBT can partner with you to ensure that clients are enabled to receive a notification when they have booked travel to a location that requires a passport or visa.

CIBT has the technology platform, experience, and global network necessary to effectively cut through red tape and expedite the delivery of travel visas and passports for your clients. Our Visa Alert tool is a travel document notification service, used by over 10 million travelers to obtain travel visas and passports necessary for entry into nearly every country in the world.

How Visa Alert Works: After an international trip is booked, the trip itinerary is sent to CIBT via a secure API protocol to determine the visa and passport requirements for entry. If a visa or passport is required to travel, an automated email is sent to a traveler. The email includes instructions on how to get visa and passport application forms.

Process – a member of the CIBT team will schedule an initial scoping call with BCD account/ program manager and/or corporate client to discuss current visa/ passport spend, requirements, and expectations. Eligible corporate clients will have access to the unique benefits below:

It is important to note that if a corporate traveler in the BCD client portfolio is introduced to CIBT, the marketing fee/ commission paid to BCD by CIBT remains unchanged.

  • A co-branded web portal for the client’s employees or customers that reflect the client’s brand and to include messaging specific to the client’s travel program.
  • Co-branded (BCD/ Corporate Client Name) collateral that is used to go to the travelers that receive visa alerts.
  • Dedicated account manager that will act as the strategic point of contact for the relationship, proactively share relevant information related to visa and immigration industry, line of escalation for service issues.
  • Detailed management reporting allowing clients to gain better insight into their total visa and passport expenditures. Corporate Travel managers and account administrators can monitor which travelers have applied for their travel documents and can follow up, as necessary.
  • Real-time order tracking for travelers who opt-in to receive automated email notifications. CIBT’s online tracking tool allows users to access real-time tracking and tracing for applications that are in processing, which provides visibility and control at every step of the process.
  • Servicing team with expertise specific to the corporate client (only if service is booked via BCD’s dedicated portal).
