An Application Kit Has Been Emailed To You

Travisa has received a request to process your order.  Before we can start, you must provide Travisa with the completed forms and documents that are in the application kit.

To Complete the Application

  1. Print the application kit.  It has step-by-step instructions and a check list of the personal documents and application forms that need to be completed.

  3. Fill out the Visa Application Form on the Russian Federation Site. The application must be completed online by all travelers, and can be found at https://visa.kdmid.ru/PetitionChoice.aspx.
  1. Send your documents to Travisa.  Gather the personal documents, complete the forms and return them to the Travisa address listed in the application kit.
